- It is the deconstruction of a site which is occupied by an area of an area of approximately 1,380 m2 which hosted an old central kitchen supplemented with a catering room. The building is made up of a DRC and a first floor. It is built in reinforced concrete. The rest of the plot is occupied by a 930m2 asphalt surface and planted areas. The entire existing building and the external arrangements will be demolished and deposited to allow to make way for the new health center project. Demolition work is subject to neat deposited to allow the Reuse. Indeed, the quantity of matter and materials from deconstruction represents a real resource, which is planned to re-use in-situ and ex-Situ. The grouping and the client have chosen to engage in a virtuous approach of resource economy and Reduction of waste produced by the site
