Description:
The market concerns the complete demolition of 10 pavilions, 4 sheds in certain gardens, the evacuation of a site hut. These goods are located in the same subdivision.
The total soil surface built of the 10 pavilions is 1,180 m2. The 3 sheds have a ground surface of 60 m2, not included the construction barrack.
The market includes only the demolition and evacuation of rubble in order to leave the bare land (except plantations), with the constitution of Merlons to avoid the possible intrusion of vehicles.
Only the parts are concerned, That is to say the above-ground elements. All the elements of foundation, buried pipes, and the fences are not included.
This demolition follows the scheduled restitution of the subdivision at the town hall of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, which must be carried out in one go.
Indeed, pavilions are empty and have been walled up, pending the group restitution of the entire subdivision, but they still represent a risk of squat and made uninhabitable.
With the agreement of the town hall of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, which only the soil and the basement are of interest, it is therefore advisable to destroy them for security reasons.
