- In the context of the application of the regulations relating to the defense of the forest against fire (DFCI) and relating more specifically to the legal brossal obligations (OLD), this call for tenders concerns the realization of deburversery work from the surroundings of the networkDepartmental road truck of the Alpes de Haute-Provence.
The services will relate to deborate maintenance work for sections already treated in the last 15 years (about 1/3 of the overall annual surface to be treated), initial work for new sections to be carried out(approximately 1/2 of the overall annual area to be treated) and intermediate work on sections already carried out but requiring a new opening (approximately 1/6 of the overall annual area to be treated).
In the current state of regulations, the services related to this consultation must haveRespect the provisions of the prefectural decree n 2013-1473 of July 4, 2013. Developments in terms of category of vagaries, perimeters to be treated and technical prescriptions may take place when a new prefectural decree, scheduled for 2025
