Description:
Concession of development of the ZAC "eco -district banks of Marne" located on the territory of the city of Epernay, as well as the marketing of all the building land of the ZAC.
This consultation relates to the choice of a concessionaire which will be responsible for ensuringde la Zac "Ecoquartier Berges de Marne" located on the territory of the municipality of Epernay, as well as the marketing of all the construction land of the ZAC, all under the conditions set in the Project of Concession Treaty mentioned in article R.300-7 of the Town Planning Code.
The ZAC "Ecoquartier Berges de Marne" is an urban renewal development operation, located on a strategic site north of the Epernay station, linked to the creation of a multimodal exchange center and in response to the Climate & Resilience law.
The development operation, an area of17 hectares, concerns two distinct sectors, intended to become a sustainable and innovative eco -neighborhood: an 11 hectare sector corresponding to the retraining of a wasteland and a 6 hectare sector aimed at transferring a shopping center and its shopping mall.
