The subject of this specifications is the issuance of the Resource Handicap Training Service offer in the Bourgogne Franche-Comte region.
The activities targeted by this specifications consist of:
1.the issuance of the offer of resource service handicap training relating to:
- A Information-advisor-orientation: which aims to provide a first level of personalized response to a problematic. This service also aims to take the time of an exploratory exchange with the interlocutor allowing, if it is a training organization, to issue a proposal support for accessibility or concerted and individualized adaptation of a disability in training
- support for accessibility: support for the development of a home policy for people with disabilities and a generalized accessibility process of training
- Support for the concerted adaptation of a training course: support for the disability referent of the OF/CFA in the context of its missions in terms of compensation for the handicap and adaptation of routes and in particular support to the concerted analysis of needs and solutions and the implementation and monitoring of individual adaptation plans
- Proposals for supporting professionalization and animation of the network of disability referents in of/CFA
