- The subscriber wishes to establish "damage to the structure" and "collective ten-year civil liability" coverage for the operation referred to above.
This contract is not allocated in accordance with the reasons indicated in the consultation regulations, accessible in the backsite of the consultation.
Brief description of the construction operation: The convention center is located in a dense urban district near MH-listed buildings.
It is classified as 2nd category ERP - cumulative workforce declared 1,353 people. This is R 3 equipment with a levelin the basement.
It consists of an auditorium with 700 seats, meeting rooms, an exhibition space and a catering area for 500 people
The market price is established on a global and fixed basis. This price is a provisional price at the time of conclusion of the contract.
As part of thisyour consultation, the City of Nimes acts as contracting authority.
