Description:
The service concerns the daily cleaning of metro stations, premises, exchange stations including waiting rooms, kiosks and related commercial agencies of lines A and B of the metro, tram stations (T1, T2), as well as cleaning the headquarters.
The services are divided into 6lots.
These are markets at mixed prices, concluded for an initial period of 3 years from 02/02/2026 for lots 1, 2, 3 and 6 and 09/02/2026 for lots 4 and 5, or their notification date if it is later. The numberof renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 3 years and 24 months.
