Description:
The purpose of this market is to execute current cleaning services of premises and spaces of buildings in the Basque Country Country Agglomeration (CAPB) as well as glass cleaning services these same buildings. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 2years from the notification of the market if it is after this date. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periodsconfused, is 4 years. The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
The amount of 5,200,000 euros HT indicated in this notice corresponds to the maximum amount of the framework agreement, all lots combined and all periods combined, or 4 years.
Each batch will be subject to aseparate allocation. The amounts indicated by lots in this notice, correspond to the amounts maximum all periods combined, ie 4 years.
The services are paid by unit prices, revisable annually.
