Description:
This consultation is launched according to the procedure: Open call for tenders R.21242 1 and R.21612 to 5 of the public procurement code. The purpose of the consultation is: curative and scalable maintenance of maintenance software assisted by works (Mado) and automata programsindustrialists associated with him. These Mado software allow the supervision and order of road operating equipment installed on the main road works of the Metropolis Nice Cote d'Azur and in particular the Malraux tunnels, Cap Estel and western exit of the Mathis route, the wayMathis, the penetrant of the paillon and the RM6202bis on the one hand and the Liautaud tunnel on the other. The same tenderer cannot obtain the 2 lots.
The lots will be allocated in the order of their numbering. Thus, if a tenderer arrives first in application of the analysis criteria, onTwo lots, its offer will be retained for lot n 1. It will be the second in the classification of lot n 2 which will be awarded the market.
