Description:
the Notice involves the establishment of a multi-attribute public framework agreement (maximum 3) allotted to purchase orders with maximum annual purchase pursuant to the provisions of articles R2162-2, R.2162-3, R2162-4 -2, R2162-5, R2162-6, 7,8,9, R.2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public order code. THEmaximum number of candidates who can hold the framework agreement is three per lot. If there is only one candidate tenderer per lot, then the framework agreement will be awarded to the only candidate ranked if the only offer received for the lot is admissible in accordance with the provisions of the codepublic markets. The mode of devolution of the contract is described in the Rc and Ccp and will be that of the "cascading" award, according to the order of the classification resulting from the analysis of the offers.
