Description:
the contract concerns a level 1 health and safety coordination mission for the renovation and extension of the La Pape drinking water production plant, awarded on behalf of the Regie publique de water. On December 14, 2020, the Conseil de la Metropole appreaffirmed the choice of direct management of the public drinking water service as of January 1, 2023. For 2022, the Metropole concludes public contracts in the name and on behalf of the Regie de l'eau, they will be transferred to the Regie from 01/01/2023. This procedure, if it is still in progress at the31/12/2022, will be transferred to the competent authorities of the Regie, in charge of its outcome. The contract will be, if necessary and according to the rules applicable to the procedure, awarded by the Regie's call for tenders committee. It will be signed by the authorized person within the management, notified to the holder, technically, administratively and financially monitored by the management
