Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust its holder with coordination services in terms of safety and health protection of workers (CSPS) for the PROJECT design and work phases relating to the operation of creating the Nice Airport multimodal exchange hub. (Department 06), for the part under SNCF Reseau project management, as part of the New Provence-Cote d'Azur Line (LNPCA) project.
The SPS Coordinator carries out the services in accordance with the texts referred to in the law, decrees and regulatory texts in force supplemented by provisions defined in this framework agreement defining the specific mission.
