Identify and highlight the existing and emerging problems, both regulatory and technical, both quantitative and qualitative, both in terms of water resources and at the level of the drinking water supply system or service: dysfunctions, limits and risk points,
To understand the needs in drinking water supply in short, medium and long term,
Suggest to the Solutions Syndicat appropriate and viable techniques in order to remedy the weaknesses and insufficiency of the existing and to optimize the operation and management of the drinking water supply system in current and future situations,
Allow the union to make justified choices about future guidelines water supply management,
Propose to the union a strategy for renewing its networks heritage based on heritage analysis
