Description:
Creation of a storage panel of sludge and related works on the UPBD site

The inter-prefectural decree n 2021/DRIEAT/SPPE/077 of 22 November 2021 requires, under article L.171-8 of the environment code, a compliance and conservatory measures for temporary deposits,On the spreading plots, sludge from the treatment of wastewater from the Seine downstream station.

The storage facilities existing on the site not being sufficient to comply with these provisions, the site has initiated the project to build a storage slab additional toThe interior of the Seine downstream site with associated fire defense and retention basins for the management of alveoli, rainwater and fire water.

The project consists of creating in the so -called UPBD area of a complementary storage area of dehydrated sludgebefore their agricultural valuation. This area contains 6 distinct cells separated by a 5 m high reinforced concrete wall with a thickness of 50 cm for an area of 6,500 m2. The project includes the extension of the service roads, the implementation of two gutters (one that will take up the waters ofBreakage of existing storage and a second for new cells), the establishment of a recovery tarpaulin of runoff and associated pumps and equipment, setting up the area lighting, firewater management with the creation of two zonesd...
