Description:
The study must make it possible to provide elements of decision -making aid to elected officials of the territory to meet environmental, social, health, security and economic issues, in terms of wastewater sanitation and urban rainwater management. It will be executed in 5 phases : Phase 1: inventory and data collection; Phase 2: Diagnosis - Analysis of measurement campaigns, nocturnal and definition of additional investigations; Phase 3: Additional investigations and modeling; Phase 4: Development of the master plan with multi -year action plan ; Phase 5: Development of zoning of wastewater and rainwater.
