The creation of a refreshing park and requalification of the surroundings of public facilities with creation of a playground. For lots 1, 2, 3 and 4: it is a work market. For lot 5: it is a question of creating a playground in the refreshing park: definition and implementation of a play space integrating mainly into the built volume of an existing barn (81m2) in the refreshing park. Lot n 5 Games area is estimated at € 250,000 excl. Services relating to design: - Intention Studies (in the application/offer) - Feasibility Studies Services falling under the implementation: -Etudes of execution -trevals -organization of the site -In internal control of the work -Remis of the doe -tous fresh relating to the certification of the works designed and delivered -all possible costs relating to specific studies such as tests of resistance of the walls, the structures and portances studies as soon as they are made necessary by the conceptual party retained by the company. The passing procedure used is: the suitable procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the code of public procurement.
