- The subject of this market concerns the creation of the new Oppommerce intranet. It is a mixed public market, at unit prices and at flat prices, corresponding in part to an ordinary market and in part to a mono-attribute framework agreement: the creation of the intranet site isordinary market at lump sum prices; Licenses, third maintenance, training and reversibility fall under the framework agreement at a unit price and will be subject to order orders. Regarding the part of the framework agreement, the maximum amount for the entire duration of the framework agreement is€ 250,000 excl. Tax for the maximum duration of the framework agreement, possible renewals included. On the other hand, the framework agreement has passed without a minimum amount.
