To operate all of these lines daily, Ile-de-France Mobilites goes from contracts to transport companies such as RATP, SNCF, Transdev, Keolis, Ratp Dev, Lacroix-Savac and many others, which are responsible for the proper functioning of the lines entrusted to themAnd to reach the levels of quality of service, including for the treatment of traveler complaints. Through this approach, the objectives of Ile de France Mobilites by the award of this framework agreement are to resume its prerogatives to measure the quality of the treatment ofTraveler complaints so far led directly by operators. The renewal of over-the-counter contracts and the commissioning of DSPs are all in favor of favorable opportunities for Ile-de-France Mobility to reaffirm its role of organizing authority.
