- Each year, the Pays de la Loire region organizes or supports events in a wide variety of fields (training, education, agriculture, economic action, international, culture, sport, etc.). This participation requires the creation, design and production of panels and supportsvarious communication, as well as their implementation.
This framework agreement aims to create, manufacture, delivery, installation, deposit and recycling of communication media necessary for the promotion of regional actions through the events that the region of countriesde la Loire organizes or supports: stands, exhibitions, various events at the Hotel de Region or on the regional territory.
Creation, manufacture, installation and deposit of panels and other communication media
This is a mixed framework agreement (article R21623 of the public order code); He will therefore be able to perform by means of orders on the basis of the price indicated in the unit price slip but also by means of subsequent markets. The framework agreement is mono-attribute and is supervised by the minimum and maximum amounts below
defined:
-Minimum amount: 15000 euros HTVA for 12 months
- Maximum amount: 100,000 euros HTVA for 12 months
The framework agreement is 12 months from its notification and renewable 3 times per period of 12 months.
