- The services are paid by unit prices. The external defense against the fire consists of equipment type water points (PEI) which must be used by the emergency services with permanent accessibility. The usable PEIs are the fire mouths and fire posts. This framework agreement consists in carrying out major repairs, replacements and the creation of public water points and mainly includes: - PI/BI repairs, including those requiring a closure of the connection valve, a complete dismantling of the PI/BI or a earthmoving; - repairs on an antenna following a leak, - moving a PI/BI, due to an implantation not satisfying the NF S62-200 standard or inducing a risk of collision with a vehicle; - replacement of a PI/Bi; - The establishment of a new PI/BI and its antenna; - the removal of a PI/BI and possibly antenna supplying this PI/BI
