Description:
The OUGC Sarthe Aval must file the request for single multi-year authorization (AUP) for all of the agricultural irrigation water withdrawals from its intervention perimeter according to the terms of article R181-1 and following of the environment code, with production of an overall impact studyand realization of a public inquiry prior to obtaining AUP.
The object of the market therefore consists in carrying out on the management perimeter of the OUGC Sarthe Aval:
• The request for a single multi -year water withdrawal for the irrigation of the OUGC Sarthe Aval, comprisingAn impact study and the evaluation of the Natura 2000 impact;
• The submission of the AUP file and the response to requests for possible supplements made by the instructing services and the environmental authority;
• The monitoring of the public inquiry (optional tranche 2);
• The follow -up of the file untilThe signature by the prefects of the interdepartmental decree of single multi -year water withdrawal for irrigation until the end of current regulatory remedies after the signing of this decree (optional tranche 2);
• a legal analysis is alsoExpected.
