Description:
This consultation concerns the creation of a flood expansion zone in the commune of Ames - ZEC de la Coqueline. The consultation is broken down into 2 lots: - Lot 1 General earthworks, civil engineering and various equipment - Lot 2 Eco-landscaping, green spaces. The execution time of the lot 1 is for 5 months and it starts from the date set by the service order prescribing to begin the work. A preparation period of 3 months is planned for lot 1, not included in the contract execution time; it will start from the date fixed by order of service. The execution time for lot 2 is 3 months and it starts from the date set by the service order prescribing to begin the work. A preparation period of 1 month is planned for lot 2, not included in the contract execution time; it will start counting of the date fixed by service order. Candidates must submit a basic offer that fully complies with the specifications. They can also present a variant offer for lot 1 (see article 2.3 of the consultation regulations). An on-site visit by candidates is recommended, while respecting private property (see article 6.3 of the consultation regulations).
