• Creation, financing and operation of a network of charging infrastructures for electric vehicles (IRVE) and plug-in hybrids, open to the public, on the territory of the Department of.... Public service delegation: concession. The SDE 76, in as coordinator of a group of granting authorities (the SDE 76 and the municipalities of Lillebonne and Gournay-en-Bray), wishes to conclude a public service delegation for the creation, financing and operation of an IRVE network departmental, including the operation of the existing terminal park by the future delegatee, namely: - the takeover and operation of the existing IRVE fleet, detailed in Appendix 3; - the realization, financing and operation of at least 80% of new charging points located on transit routes, carpooling areas and multimodal exchange hubs, detailed in appendix 2.1; - the creation, financing and operation of new charging points, located in public car parks and on the roads, intended for residents of housing without private parking, detailed in appendix 2.2; - the operation of terminals not built by the delegatee, listed in appendix 2.2. Estimated duration: candidates will be able to propose a or several complete offers based on terms of 15 to 20 years.
