Description:
The consultation is launched in the form of a tender open according to articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R.2162.1 and following of the public procurement code. - The market is concluded by way of framework fixing all the contractual stipulations (executed by means of purchase orders) and at prices Uniters with two maximum attributors for lot 1 and three maximum assignments for lots 2 and 3. The services are divided into 3 lots which will be the subject of separate markets. Lot 1 - The design, writing, and realization of creative communication campaigns with 360 minimum amount Annual by awarded: 10,000 Euro (s) Annual maximum amount: 200,000 Euro (s) Lot 2 - The realization and execution of graphic communication media. Annual minimum amount by awarded: 3,000 euros (s) Annual maximum amount: 100,000 euros (s) Lot 3 - Video shooting with or without assembly, Creation of 2D video and motion design, 3D annual minimum amount by awarded: 3,000 euros (s) Annual maximum amount: 130,000 euros (s) The minimum amounts appearing above are guaranteed for each holder on each annual period. However, orders will be distributed so balanced between the attributors retained as mentioned in article 6.4 of the CCAP. Applicants can teach all lots. There are no decay in tranches
