Description:
Project for the design and construction of a Logistics Platform of 6,600 m2 (/- 15%) with HQE (High Environmental Quality) label, very efficient level in BEFA Lease in the Future State of Completion (basic solution) and VEFA (Variant) in the agglomeration of AMIENS (80).
The subject of this call forapplication concerns the control of the land and the design-construction of a logistics platform (The DCE will be provided subsequently to validated candidates).
The project owner reserves the possibility of retaining an acquisition or lease of a land or a site of a possible candidat.
Place of execution: agglomeration of AMIENS (80). The site proposed by the candidate must be located in whole or in part within the research area demarcated on the attached plan.
Any application outside the identified research perimeter will be declared inadmissible.
