The framework agreement aims at the appointment of an assignee in charge of the realization of the annual audits of the improvement charter and unexpected audits, the animation of the approach and the support of its evolution. The objects of the consultation decompose into 6 missions: - Mission 1: Annual audits of port installations and activities, - Mission 2: Unsoped audits, - Mission 3: Development of audit and action plans, - Mission 4: Animation of the Charter - Piloting Committees, - Mission 5: Participation in dialogue bodies, - Mission 6: Support 6: Support 6: Support 6: to the evolution of the charter (evolution of evaluation grids, development of a new evaluation grid, etc.).
