Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the creation and maintenance of green spaces from various Plaine Habitat Plaine Heritage sites.
The services and their technical specifications are specified in the C.C.T.P common to the two lots.
The services must be performed in accordance with Stipulations of the framework agreement and in compliance with the regulations, the standards in force as well as the rules of the art.
This framework agreement is allotted, it is broken down into 2 lots in total, defined below:
- lot no1: creation and maintenance of green spaces of the heritage managed by the South and northeast agencies
- Lot No2: Creation and maintenance of green spaces at the Plaine Commune Habitat headquarters, premises of the agency Sud and heritage managed by the North agency and part of the East agency.
Each of the lots will be the subject of a separate framework agreement.
Candidates can respond to a or several lots.
Thus, the candidate who will have submitted the most advantageous economically offer for Lot 1 will be the attribute. In the event that this same candidate has submitted the most advantageous economically offer For Lot 2, he cannot hold it - unless the number of admissible candidates is less than two, in which case he may be awarded the two lots.
