Description:
The reception of minors and young adults not accompanied under the age of 21 entrusted to the president of the Department of Allier Department is part of the general field of Childhood Aid (ASE) and guidelines from the Protection of Privacy of Parental Authority. In A desire to continue to take care of the MNA following their shelter, better security of the reception of the youngest and a better distribution in the territory, the Department of Allier decided to create 120 places divided into 4 lots: - Lot 1: 30 places for Boys aged 13-16 years in collective structure,-Lot 2: 30 places for 16-21 year olds in diffuse in the Moulins basin,-Lot 3: 30 places for 16-21 year olds in diffuse in the Montlucon basin,-Lot 4: 30 places for 16-21 year olds in diffuse on the basin of Vichy
