• The project includes: - Rehabilitation and restructuring of the existing college which will ultimately accommodate 26 divisions (728 students) - Rehabilitation or reconstruction of existing company housing - Construction of a multi-sports hall of approximately 600m² SDO and a sports platform The whole must be put into service for the start of the 2029 school year. The work will be carried out on an occupied site. The contract will include measurable performance commitments in terms of energy efficiency and carbon impact. The commitment The contract of the holder will relate to a level of energy consumption fixed in the performance program. The expected duration of the market is 156 months from its notification date, broken down into 2 phases: a) design-construction phase with a forecast duration of approximately 36 months . Mid-June 2029: completion date of the work .
