This consultation is intended for the completion of advice and legal assistance for the'Setting of constructys directorates (and more particularly for the human resources department) concerning labor law, social law, social protection, criminal labor law, administrative law (in connection with social / labor law), security lawsocial, individual labor relations, collective relations and social engineering and human resources.
Consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2123-1 2 , R.2123-1 3 , R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7e of public procurement.
The public market resulting from this consultation is a mono-attribute framework agreement fixing all the contractual stipulations and executed as the order of purchase orders (articles L.2125-1 1 , R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the code of the code of the codepublic procurement). The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of order over the total duration of the public market of 745,000 euros Ht.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. At the end of this first PerContractual iodine, it will be tacitly renewable 3 times per new period of 12 months.
