• Description:
• The purpose of the contract is the “cost per page” operation and maintenance of the Puteaux town hall printers. With the aim of controlling the use of consumables in order to reduce costs, while offering users printers that are always in state of printing, the City wishes to set up a cost per page and maintenance contract for Epson municipal printers including the supply of consumables, maintenance kits and all the spare parts necessary for operation of said printers. The City of Puteaux ensures the supply of its printers through its own markets. The service requested will include the operation of the equipment without volume commitment and without fixed price. This exploitation will decline as follows: - Financial management in cost per page mode for the entire scope; - Quarterly activity reports; - Automated management of supplies of consumables and their supply; - Provision of a buffer stock starting consumables; - Maintenance of equipment in working order, this will include all wearing parts (print heads, rollers, belts, etc.) necessary for the use of printers according to the state of the art for the duration of the market, or until the equipment concerned is more than 5 years old (see article 1.9 of the C.C.T.P.); - Intervention in the event of a breakdown will be carried out on site on D+1; - Normal operation is restored...
