- This consultation concerns the supply and delivery of school supplies and supplies for manual and artistic activities. Games, toys, books and school files are excluded from the scope of this contract. The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of supplies scolar and for manual and artistic activities for all the municipalities members of the order group: - the Municipality of Marly-Le-Roi for lots 1 and 2 - the Municipality of Croissy-Sur-Seine for lot 1 - the Municipality of Aigremont for lots 1 and 2 - the Municipality of Chambourcy for lotss 1 and 2 - the Municipality of Montesson for lot 1 - the Municipality of Mesnil-Le-Roi for lots 1 and 2 - the Municipality of Pecq for lots 1 and 2. The award procedure used is: the call offers open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique
