The subject of the framework agreement with purchase orders concerns the refurbishment of the operating elements of the gates and aqueduct valves of 3 large locks on the Moselle. The locks concerned are: * Toul lock (P.K.: 370.580), commune code 54528, * Aingeray lock (P.K.: 366.650)), commune code 54007, * Custines lock (P.K.: 343.700), commune code 54150. The works to be carried out include: * the supply and installation of a new single hydraulic power plant, * the separation of the networks hydraulic and electric (with creation of new tec guttershniques), * the replacement of the hydraulic piping with stainless steel piping, * the replacement of the 8 cylinders with integrated encoder
