Description:
DGA Aeronautical Techniques (DGA TA) provides testing, evaluation and technical expertise services to meet the needs of the DGA's armament programs during the different phases (preparation, implementation and operational monitoring) and upstream studies
The objective of this marche is to design, produce, deliver and commission a mechanical testing system including a traction and compression testing machine with a maximum capacity of 3000kN, a controller and a PC with the software necessary for controlling the the machine. This machine must be composed ofa mechanical frame, a crosspiece, a cylinder, a force cell. The system must be connected to the easements of the DGA TA site and it must be put into service by the contract holder.
In a first position, the holder must deliver a system design file detailing all the solutionstions technologies meeting the requirements of DGA TA. In a second position, he will have to create, supply and commission the system on the DGA TA site.
