- This consultation concerns the acquisition and delivery of wedding medals with a view to meeting the needs of the services of the municipality of Saint-Denis. This consultation took the form of an adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of article R2123-1 1 of the CCp. This is a single-awardee framework agreement (articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the CCP) giving rise to purchase orders (articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the CCP). The Framework Agreement is without minimum amount and a maximum amount per period: 29,500.00 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The contract takes effect on the date of noteification for a period of one year, renewable three times for a period of one year, by tacit renewal
