the market concerns the acquisition, implementation, hosting, administration and maintenance of an on-demand transport reservation application. This tool aims to take reservations via different digital channels, plan and optimize reservations, ensure follow-upi in real time drivers for several networks, under the project management of the Syndicat Mixte Nouvelle Aquitaine Mobilites. The contract consists of a confirmed purchase: ?Lump sum part (Dpgf) supported by NAM as a purchase and covering the initial implementation and configuration ofthe application, the development of interfaces with Maas MODALIS; ? purchase order no. 1 triggered upon notification of the market and covering the needs of 3 buyers for 1 year And a framework agreement part covering the future needs of members of the purchasing center
