- this consultation concerns the framework agreement with purchase orders relating to the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) respecting the specific needs of the Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis and the City of Toulon as well as the main features ofhuman resources management (HRM) and Time and Absence Management (Gta),
The Shared Digital Resources Department (Drnm) of the Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis and the City of Toulon, has validated the launch of a support project to secure the convergence ofHRIS of the City and the Metropolis of Toulon, HRIS pooling project (mutsirh), in a context where the HR teams of the two communities remain distinct and are not likely to merge.
The target solution must cover the Management modules Administrative (Ga), Career Managementre (Gc), Payroll Management (Gp), an HR Portal and Time and Absence Management (Gta)
