Description:

The purpose of this consultation is the preventive and corrective maintenance services of terminals and networks of medical fluids (oxygen, medical air, nitrogen oxide, empty) of the establishments of the territorial hospital group (GHT) sapphire, coordinated by the center Hospital of Soissons. The expected services are specified in the CCTP and its annexes. Provisional date for starting the framework agreement: October 1, 2025. The first maintenance operation will take place from October 20, 2025. Basic duration of the framework agreement: 15 months. Renewal Possible: the framework agreement is renewable twice, for a period of one year each (tacit renewal). Or a duration of 39 months maximum. Purchase technique: Mono-attribute framework agreement with order form, within the meaning of articles L2125-1-1 , R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public procurement code. Standard amounts of the framework agreement: without minimum amount and with the following maximum amounts: 110,000 euros HT for the basic period, and 55,000 Euro (s) excl. Or 220,000 euros HT for the 39 months of the framework agreement. Prices of Framework agreement: mixed prices: lump sum and unit. Visit of the sites: not applicable. The variants are not allowed.
