Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the clause notebook
Special techniques (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the unit prices fixed in the slip of price. As an indication and non -contractual, the estimate of the framework agreement is 1,000,000 euros excluding tax per year for all lots. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract (the date indicated in this notice is given as indicative), renewable three times per successive annual period. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
Lot n 1 of this framework agreement is concluded for an order group whose coordinator is the heart of Essonne Agglomeration which ensures the award of this Framework agreement. The members of the group, which each ensure, the execution of their needs, are as follows: public water management heart of Essonne and heart of Essonne agglomeration.
On the other hand, lot n 2 concerns only the heart of Essonne agglomeration
