Fragment agreement with order orders and subsequent multi-attribute markets of services without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,250,000.00 euro (s) excluding
The contract takes effect from its date of notification for a firm period of 4 years.
The start date of the framework agreement is scheduled for November 1, 2025 or on its date of notification if it is later.
Order orders ::
It will be used:
-when it is estimated that an CSPS design mission (which runs to the analysis of pro/DCE studies and the drafting of the PGCSPS (or Simplified PGC for level 3 operations)) will not continue beyond twelve months after the end of the validity of the framework agreement ;
-when it is estimated that an CSPS mission (which runs to the guarantee of perfect completion) will not continue beyond twelve months after the end of the validity period of the framework agreement;
- as part of the subsequent composite market (regardless of the level).

It will be used:
- for level 1 operations;
- when it is estimated that an CSPS design mission (up to the analysis of pro/DCE studies and the writing of PGCSPSP (or simplified PGC for level 3 operations));
- when it is estimated that a Mission to carry out the CSPS (which runs to the guarantee of perfect completion) can continue beyond 12 months following the end of the period of validity of the framework agreement;
