The services expected within each batch are broken down into technical parts, within the meaning of article 22 of the CCAG-PI of 2021. Decomposition into technical parts is operated as follows for each of the three objects of this contract: PT 1: Participation from the competitive dialogue phaseDuring the selection of the grouping (APS) PT 2: Missions in the design Pt 3: Missions in the realization phase PT 4: Missions in the PTS Phase PT 5: Missions in the perfect completion phase The contracting authority reserves the right to not continue the execution of services at the endof each of these technical parties, without compensation for the holder. The content of the services is detailed in the specific technical clauses notebook (CCTP), which specifies the characteristics and the terms of performance of the services. There is no planned decay in slices.The market does not have a PSE. Variants at the tenderer's initiative are prohibited. For the three lots, this market takes effect from its notification and ends in full completion of the services, at the end of the warranty period of perfect completion.
