Description:
The Theodore Monod college in Lesquin, located between Sadi Carnot and Pierre Curie Street, is a concrete type college built in 1976. The locals are well maintained but they require an important technical and functional upgrade in order to meet the current and future needs of the college. The restructuring and extension of the college will mainly result in: - the deconstruction of the current disused Segpa building and the construction of a new half -board (cold preparation); - securing flows by separating pedestrian flows and half-board delivery flows; - A programmatic and technical discount of college functions in connection with enrollment increases; - the treatment of existing college facades and a general thermal standards; -upgrading premises and access to disabled regulations in The framework of AD'AP all the work will take place on the occupied site. Pursuant to articles R4532-19 and R4533-1 of the Labor Code, a natural person who exercises the function of coordinator security and health protection cannot be responsible for another mission within the framework of the same operation.
