The consultation relates to the services designated below: this market aims, as part of a group of orders between the department of Var and the State, to implement one of the actions of the new reception and housing of the Travelers for the 2025 period in 2031 approved by joint DDTM/SHru decree n 2024-79 of January 20, 2025. The market relates to a mission of coordination and mediation in favor of travel people. The coordination action concerns only the big passages from traveling people. "Great trips" for people Travel refer to rallies of 50 to 200 caravans, the mediation action in the event of an illicit conflict or occupation, only during the summer period (from May 1 to September 30), concerns large passages but also passenger groups less than 50 caravans. THE financing of the service is provided by the departmental budget for half and on the state budget for the other half
