The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out work inspections on site within the framework of Energy Savings Certificates. (EEC). the Gironde (33): coordinator NO1, - The Communities of Charente Maritime (17), - The Communities of Charente (16), - The Communities of Dordogne (24): coordinator NO2, - The Communities of Lot-et-Garonne (47), - The Communities of Landes (40), - The Communities of the Pyrenees Atlantiques (64), - The Communities of Haute-Vienne (87). of the market will be the coordinators NO1 (SDEEG) and NO2 (SDE24) of the Nouvelle Aquitaine group for the valorization of CEE. 2 coordinators were to be replaced by one or more other members from the grouping, all of the members listed above will be able to use this framework agreement market, as market manager only, as soon as they are appointed coordinator by amendment.
