Description:
Framework agreement with order pleasures relating to the supply and management of restaurants restaurants
the consultation is the provision of restaurant titles as well as the services associated for the staff of the EPF of Hauts de France, is transitional, as long as the regulations authorize it,in the form of securities books, either by the supply of dematerialized cards including the recharging of said cards.
Services include the management and processing of the Cards and Titles Restaurant; a support and advice service; theProvision of a management tool including an interface for the two profiles (manager and user).
The framework agreement is concluded without an annual minimum quantity. The maximum annual quantity is set at 24,000 restaurant titles, whether in paper or dematerialized form.
AsInformation, the current workforce of the establishment is 94 employees.
Over the year 2024, 18,581 titles were distributed (all supports combined).
The duration of each framework agreement is 12 months from the notification of the contract. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable for anew period of 12 months. The number of renewals is limited to 3, a maximum duration of 4 years.
