Description:
Mono-attribute framework agreement, with purchase orders (with an annual minimum amount of 1,000 euros excl. Tax, an annual maximum amount: 70,000 euros HT) relating to diagnostics before asbestos, HAP and lead. Framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from its date of notification, renewable 3 times per period of one year, without its maximum duration exceeding 4 years (express renewal). The public buyer is a contracting entity in accordance with article L1212-1 of the public procurement code. No financial guarantee clause will be applied and an advance provided in the CCAP. Presentation of unauthorized variants. Terms of presentation of the offers set in the consultation regulations. Provisional financing: Budget Ales Agglomeration. Payment by bank transfer by administrative mandate. Payment period at 30 days. Payment if necessary Morators (ECB increased by 8 pts) and flat -rate allowance for recovery costs of 40 euros. Unit prices and priced prices, revisable under the CCAP conditions. The public buyer may entrust to the market holder, in application of articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the order code public, one or more new markets aimed at the realization of similar services.
