Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to carry out restoration work on the enclosure of a group of houses aligned in a protected area located at 4-12 rue de la Grande Chaussée in Lille. The details of the services to be carried out appear in the CCTP. The attention of holders are drawn to the fact that the work will take place on a site occupied by traders and frequented by the public. Maintaining an impeccable state of cleanliness is imperative for all holders, who are invited to refer to the DCE (including the CCTP - Common provisions). Furthermore, the work must be completed (last reservation lifted) by October 30, 2026 at the latest (see article 5.3 of the CCAP).
