This framework agreement will give rise to subsequent markets and orders orders The themes of built heritage operations may be as follows: - Feasibility study aimed at defining the type of heat production - renovation of Chaufferies - Diagnosis on networks,Distribution and emission systems - Audit on buildings envelopes - Work on the building envelope - dimensioning of photovoltaic production installation; - Solar thermal installation dimensioning. Framework agreement amounts: minimum amount for overall durationof the framework agreement: 40,000 euros (s) HT maximum amount for the overall duration of the framework agreement: 800,000 euro (s) HT This consultation is made according to a procedure with negotiation, defined in articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the public procurement code. The appealThis procedure is justified by the presence of design services in accordance with 3 of article R2124-3 of the public procurement code. In addition, the need cannot be satisfied without adapting solutions immediately available (R2124-3 1 );
