Contracting agreement for contracting contractors and project management outside "MOP law" for energy performance services on the built heritage of Saint Quentin en Yvelines

This framework agreement will give rise to subsequent markets and order form
The themes ofBuilt heritage operations may be as follows:
- Feasibility study aimed at defining the type of heat production
- RENOVATION OF BOINDS
- Diagnostic on networks, distribution and emission systems
- Audit on the envelopes of buildings
- Work on the envelopeBuildings
-Sizing of photovoltaic production installation;
-Singling of thermal solar installation.
Timing frames:
Minimum amount for the overall duration of the framework agreement: 40,000 Euro (s) HT
Maximum amount for the overall duration of the framework agreement: 800000 Euro (s) HT
This consultation is made according to a procedure with negotiation, defined in articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the public procurement code.
The use of this procedure is justified by the presence of design services in accordance with 3 of 3 Article R2124-3 of the public procurement code. In addition, the need cannot be satisfied without adapting immediately available solutions (R2124-3 1 );
