Contract for the supply and maintenance of 2 combustion turbo-alternator groups and the control system for a new means of electricity production located in mainland France... This Contract Notice concerns a lot comprising 2 markets: Market A: Supply market for 2 combustion turbo-generator groups and the power plant control system. The purpose of Contract A is the studies, design, manufacturing, supply, transport, installation and implementation in industrial service of 2 identical combustion turbo-alternator groups, their auxiliaries, the control-command system of the combustion turbo-alternator groups (TAC) and the Blanace of Plant (BOP) and supervision, as well as training for the future operator. The implementation site is located in mainland France. The main characteristics of TACs are as follows: ▪ Open cycle operation, ▪ Operation with HVO type bioliquid, ▪ Net unit electrical power of approximately 300MWe per unit. Scope of supply for each combustion turbine group: ▪ The turbo-alternator group from the air intake to the chimney outlet; ▪ All auxiliary systems allowing the turbo-alternator group to ensure expected operation and performance; ▪ A skid of liquid fuel booster pumps (HVO) and a skid of demineralized water booster pumps; ▪ The digital control-command system (SNCC) of the plant including: - The system of control-command of the TAC; - The process and electrical BOP control-command system; - The supervision system (installed in the control room...
